What you will do

Discover the Unico world with our gelato-making experience. This hands-on experience with our gelato Masters is meant to reveal all the secrets that make Italian gelato the best in the world! You will learn to craft our original “gelato alla bolognese” from scratch.

    The experience includes:

    • Introduction to the gelato world and its secrets.
    • Blends preparation: you’ll taste our signature gelato flavours and choose which ones you would like to craft. Our master gelato makers will follow you in every step of the process, explaining how to balance the ingredients.
    • Gelato “Mantecazione”: once the gelato is ready, you will extract it from the machine. The master gelato makers will then teach you to place it in the carapina and decorate it nicely. All the guests will taste the gelato flavours produced.
    • Gelato cake preparation and decoration: our Chefs will teach you how to make our signature gelato cakes. You’ll craft your own and decorate it! The cake will be a gift for you to take home.

    Other things to note:

    Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
    Also, please let us know how far you live from the store, as you will get to take your gelato cake home.
