UNICO’s Italian Aperitivo are back!

Italian Aperitivo by UNICO! As we well know you love our Aperitivo Italiano, we decided to repropose it again this year. Every event we organize is #unico and in 2019 our aperitivo comes back in a new guise: we have lots of news for you! Our Bromley store perfectly reflects the Italian tradition appreciated all around the World: we know that lots of Italians live here and – just as we do – they miss that special moment of the day when they finally chill after a long workday. Over the years, more and more people have taken part at our events and the target is now broad and varied. The aperitivo really brings everyone together! The Italian aperitivo by UNICO can break your routine, a typical and exclusive Italian night during which you can share fun and great food in a traditional atmosphere. The big opening will be on Thursday 11th April. We will have event every other week until September (25/4 – 9/5 – 23/5 – 6/6 – 20/6 – 4/7 – 18/7 – 1/8 – 15/8 – 29/8 – 12/9 – 26/9). Forget how you used to see our Bromley store, on Thursday night we’re reworking our image too! As we said earlier, we have big news this year. First of all: the menu will be created by our bolognese chef, for a night of the most authentic Italian tradition. Do you want a spoiler? Melon and Prosciutto, pizza margherita, parmesan cups filled with salad and balsamic glaze, puff pastry with different fillings. And last but not least, our focacce Capri, Mamma e Bologna… In order to experience a typical Italian night, our wine list includes: Italian Prosecco – of course, Vermentino di Gallura (white wine) and Barbera D’alba (red wine). Like any good aperitivo, you will certainly find lakes of Spritz and live music, the life of the aperitivo!
