Our production centre in Fulham has just opened its doors to the public and lovely residents of SW6, serving our delicious gelato fresh out of the kitchen! This will definitely be the best gelato that Fulham Palace Road has ever seen. Heading to Putney Bridge for a nice walk or to Bishops Park? Be sure to pay us a visit on your way, we can’t wait to meet our neighbours! Not only can you order Unico gelato to take away, but you can also customize a cake of your choice for any special occasion. How about an Apricot Jam cake, or a Hazelnut sponge with whatever toppings or icing you like… When it comes to customizing with Unico, there is no limit – we love putting smiles on faces and we will make sure your cake is 100% perfect for your celebration. We’ve been talking business with our friends over at Toyroom Club in Mayfair, and have come up with a unique Unico x ToyRoom collaboration to blow you out of the water. This Easter Friday, come experience something you’ve never seen before. We’ll probably be the first ever to serve our products in a club, and we’ve come up with a typically Unico welcoming cocktail for our fellow Toyroom partygoers – a milkshake with mango and strawberry sorbet that is perfect to celebrate the fact that Summer is almost on its way… We have also handmade Unico x Toyroom Easter Eggs with a gift inside, using our famous Unico chocolate, so keep your eyes out for those, and hope you’ll be one of the lucky ones to get your hands on one. The people of St John’s Wood are counting their lucky stars as we set up shop on the high street. It’s the moment North London has been waiting for! It is just as exciting for them as it is for us, as it is all part of our mission to spread our ethos borne from the passion of Italy coupled with the innovation of London – which has created some darn good delicacies. If you didn’t know about us yet, then now is your chance. Autumn has officially arrived and it’s officially too cold to taste your gelato while walking!   We love gelato – as much as you do – so we decided to give you a solution to not giving it up until next spring! You have to make the right combinations, imagine unlikely loving couples, incredible matchings  between seasons far apart… We will make it: winter is hard and long, but gelato can make everything better!  We tell you a secret. Our back room seems more like an artist’s studio than a pastry workshop: our master gelato makers imagine, draw and taste the ingredients, create the best color combinations worthy of the best graphic designers. They do it everyday, almost as if they needed it. Deep down they’re true creatives! So we decided to trigger their imagination to find some proposals that would make gelato a perfect dessert even with the cold, because when you’re stressed and tired comfort foods  can really make the difference!  Our creative master gelato makers worked on the winter edition menu, and the results are very interesting. Let’s discover them together!

Unico doesn’t surrender to the cold and, even though summer’s over and the ingredients are less colorful, creativity and quality won’t miss!  We’re working on a new project: a wintery pop-up that will let us provide catering service all over London, including the winter menu! A lot of news are coming, also a new gelato making experience, during which you will directly make and taste these wintery products.  Unico is so much more, but you already know it. Gelato Lovers, welcome to Unico’s newest culinary experience! This December, our master Gelato makers want to invite you and your loved ones to our Italian Dessert Workshop!  You will learn everything there is to know about Unico’s reinterpretation of Italy’s favourite Christmas sweet treat, Panettone! After sampling a selection of several Panettoni versions (including vegan options), you will learn how to create and decorate your own Unico Panettone, filled with your favourite gelato flavours! At the end of the experience, you will have a taste of our chefs’ delicious Gelato filled Panettone! Your own creation will be a gift for you to take home.
