Check it out:

Store it in the freezer until 1 hour and 50 minutes prior cooking
Take the panettone out from the freezer and leave aside for 90 minutes
Pre-heat the oven to the highest temperature
Once the oven is ready, turn it off
Place the panettone on a baking tray and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
